As a Virtual Assistant, you will be an integral part of our operations, providing essential support to our team and clients. Your tasks will include managing communications, including emails and phone calls, scheduling appointments, and organizing files to ensure easy access to critical information. You will also be responsible for data entry, updating client records, and assisting with special projects as needed. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as excellent organizational skills. Experience in administrative roles is a plus. Flexibility and adaptability in handling tasks outside of your comfort zone are highly valued.
